NEW YORK, 9 August 2021—Eurasia Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Rosie Allan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, an important step to achieving the firm's ambitious growth plans.
Allan has more than 20 years of experience managing human capital in the financial services and consulting industries. She comes to Eurasia Group from FINRA, the US financial industry's self-regulatory body, where she was its Senior Director for Talent Management, Learning and Culture. Prior to FINRA, Rosie worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she held several people strategy positions, including leading the consultancy's diversity and inclusion efforts.
