NEW YORK, 18 March – Maziar Minovi joins Eurasia Group as Managing Director from Goldman Sachs, where he was Managing Director and a senior member of the Investment Strategy Group in Private Wealth Management. A member of Eurasia Group's firm-wide leadership team, he will lead the firm's efforts to optimize strategy on research product development. Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Maziar had 25 years of experience investing in international and emerging markets. At Goldman Sachs, he focused on identifying investment opportunities in emerging markets, including debt, equities, and currencies, as well as geopolitical and global policy issues with market impact.
