As an associate director for Eurasia Group in Tokyo, Masatoshi (Tosh) manages relationships with Japanese companies and multinational organizations located in Japan. In particular, he works with clients on geopolitical issues related to trade, supply chains, and sustainability.
 
Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Tosh worked as a risk solution specialist at Thomson Reuters and a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman. He was also a Sasakawa USA Congressional Fellow for the American Political Science Association in US Representative Ami Bera's office.
 
Tosh is currently completing a master of business administration at the Warwick Business School. He earned a master's degree in Asian studies (with a focus on politics and security) from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service.
